Exchange and Refunds

Please do take some time to read our policy as stated below. We reserve the rights to change any part of the site at any point of time without notice including modifying, deletion and addition of product information as well as this article. The use of this site and placement of order means you agree to be bound to the terms and conditions stated below.

Returns and exchanges are only applicable for defected or incorrect items and you must contact us within 14 working days ( 20 days for international customers) from the date your item was shipped out. After 14 days, requests made will be invalid. In order to protect us from fraud requests, all defected or incorrect items must be mailed back to us and received by us before we proceed to replace the defected product. We will not bear postage fees if you opt for postage for returns.

As our team would provide quality checks before packing your items, we would only deem products are defected if we did not provide enough protection to your mail. Fragile items like rings, hair chalks or phone covers will be sent with bubble wrap protection before posting out.

With the above stated, we reserve the rights to accept or deny requests based on a case by case basis. If you return an item to us without contacting us via email, we reserve the rights to refuse your exchange/refund.

Shoparena will not be held responsible for any lost parcels during the returning of your items.
